My mission is to empower people to understand and trust their bodies so they can move well, stay active, and take ownership of their long-term health. I believe the body is built to adapt and heal, and my role is to help people move better, recover smarter, and stay active in the sports, hobbies, and daily activities that make life enjoyable.
My clinical focus centers on evidence-based chiropractic care, movement assessment, spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, corrective exercise, and patient education. The goal is for long-term independence, not quick fixes or dependency. I’m committed to continually learning and evolving as a clinician so I can help people better understand their bodies, build confidence in how they move, and feel capable of living fully—both now and for years to come.
